How PageLines Works
PageLines gives every teammate an adaptive AI assistant for work. Powered by Hermes and OpenClaw, each assistant triages email, manages your calendar, maintains spreadsheets, tracks tasks, and reports on your website. This page explains the purpose of the app and why it requests access to each Google service.
An adaptive assistant, not a chatbot
Each assistant runs in its own private, hosted environment and works for one person. It keeps a durable workspace, remembers your preferences, and gets better at your recurring work over time.
Access by consent
Your assistant only reaches Google services you explicitly connect through Google’s standard sign-in. Every connection is optional and scoped to the narrowest access that works.
Google Calendar
Reads events to answer availability questions and prepare briefings. Creates, moves, and cancels events you ask for. Never touches settings or sharing.
Google Sheets
Reads and updates spreadsheets you work with. Creates new ones, and can only open files it created or that you shared with it. Never the rest of your Drive.
Google Tasks
Adds, lists, and completes items on your to-do lists, so captured action items never slip.
Google Analytics
Reads your website traffic to answer questions and produce summaries. Read-only; your configuration is never changed.
Your data stays yours
Credentials are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and used only by your own assistant. Nothing is shared between customers, sold, or used for advertising. Disconnect anytime and stored tokens are deleted.
