How PageLines accesses and uses your Google Workspace data

Last Updated: February 27, 2026

What PageLines Does

PageLines is a hosted AI assistant platform that connects to your Google Workspace to help you manage email, calendar, and tasks automatically. When you sign in and authorize access, your AI assistant can read and act on your Google data on your behalf.

What Google Data We Access

When you connect your Google account, PageLines requests access to the following services:

  • Google Calendar — Your assistant reads your calendar to answer scheduling questions and creates, updates, or deletes events when you ask it to.
  • Gmail — Your assistant reads, drafts, and sends email on your behalf when you ask it to.
  • Google Tasks — Your assistant reads your task lists and creates or updates tasks when you ask it to.

How We Use Your Data

Google Workspace data is used only to fulfill your requests in real time through your AI assistant. We do not store Google data permanently, use it for advertising, or sell it to third parties.

Limited Use Disclosure

PageLines' use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Revoking Access

You can disconnect Google from your PageLines account at any time from your dashboard. You can also revoke access from your Google Account permissions page.
