Add a customized Google Map to your website quickly and easily with the Maps plugin. Perfect for contact page maps, routes, or showcasing multiple office locations; support for custom high quality markers is also included, and icons can be easily uploaded right from the plugin.


Installation & Activation

Maps can easily be downloaded from inside WordPress using PageLines Connect.

  1. Download the plugin from the Connect store. It will now appear in your 'Plugins' tab.
  2. Click 'Plugins', and find your Maps plugin (titled PageLines Section Maps).
  3. Click 'Activate' to be able to use the plugin inside your editor.
  4. Go to your PageLines Builder where you will now find Maps in the 'Social/Local' section.


As with all section, the Maps section includes the standard section options such as padding/margin, background options and etc.


Enter the latitude/longitude Coordinates into each field for the location you wish to display. To find map coordinates use the Maps Coordinates website.

Map Height

Control the height of the map. This option uses the Viewpoint unit.

Pointer Image

Add an custom pointer imge by either using the Upload option or selecting an image from the WordPress Media library. For best results use an image size of 64px x 64px.

Default Map Zoom Level ( default 10)

Select the default map zoom level for the section. Select from 1-18 zoom levels.

Enable Zoom Options

A simply checkbox to disable/enable the zoom options for the map section.

Pointer Locations

Add custom pointer locations by clicking the Add Item button. Once added, click the item name and additional options will appear. Enter the latitude/longitude and location description for the pointer.
