- you are existing customer - platform pro developer ( without plus ) license - again two scenarios -
a. if you purchased Platform Pro dev. before September 15 - you should have received discount coupon with a code
b. if you purchased Platform Pro dev after September 15 - upgrade to Framework 2.0 developer is free for you - you should find the link in your account

they ARE supported, but they can not be purchased any more. Probably they will be available as child themes of Framework 2.0.

there are two ways of customizing Framework with CSS rules.
a. you can download and activate the Framework 2.0 child theme from - wordpress admin panel > Pagelines > Store > Themes > Base theme
b .or you can customize you site using the Pagelines Customize plugin (recommended) - were to find it -
wordpress admin panel > Pagelines > Store > Plugins > Pagelines Customize plugin - download it and activate it. Than go to wordpress admin panel > plugins > Pagelines Customize plugin > edit - you will see the customizable php and css files.
yes. some of them are missing. If you need more detailed customization of the colors, you have to do this with the Pagelines Customize tool ( see 7., 8. ) or child theme and css rules.
