Where can I get support?
Our FAQ and Forum are our dedicated support channels. We will not answer any support inquiries by email or on twitter. We are constantly thinking of better ways to make our customers successful on the web and will take any suggestions on how best we can help you.

When can I expect an answer by?
Our general support days are Monday through Friday. During this time, we can respond to any inquiries within 24 hours. Any inquiries made outside of this time will be answered by the next business day (Monday – Friday).

How much Support can I expect?
We pride ourselves in making our customers successful on the web. We guarantee support for any technical issues that are related to our themes and any minor customizations. If anything is beyond the extent of our support, we will help you find the resources to get what you need done.
