Tour Stop; a responsive site tour plugin for PageLines.
There are many types of site tour plugins available, but none quite so easy as Tour Stop. Define 1 to 10 stops on your tour, and give any element a simple class to automatically start the tour. It’s just that simple!
To Use
- Under Site Options–>Tour Stop, define the number of stops, and fill out some info for each stop. Let’s try 4 to start.
- The plugin will use tourstops on one page (as of now), so to start, give any element a class of tourstop-1 to be the first stop in the tour. On the same page, give another element a second class of tourstop-2. Proceed onward until you have 4 elements with their own class. Each element that you want as a stop, apply the class in sequencial order (up to 10 stops).
Tips for Use
- Hint: a lot of the core sections like boxes and the callout accept custom classes. Experiment with different sections, and custom markup to see just how versatile Tour Stop is.
