  • What Support Can I Expect?

    PageLines is on a mission to create awesome experience for everyone in the PageLines community.

    You will have access to dedicated one-on-one email support for all product related questions.

    If you want to take your website further you can also use the Pros forum to get advice and tips on how to customize your PageLines website exactly the way you want.

    You can also check out the PageLines Docs for all the information you need to get started.

  • What are the PageLines software requirements?

    To use PageLines you will need to be using:

    • WordPress 3.0 and up
    • PHP Version 5 and up
  • Will PageLines work on Wordpress.com?

    PageLines is designed for the WordPress software hosted at www.wordpress.org. The “self-hosted” version of WordPress.

    So unfortunately, no PageLines won’t work on WordPress.com.

    PageLines recommends hosting your own website to create a “Professional Site.”

  • Will my website data be lost if I upgrade?

    No, your data will remain intact when upgrading from any theme to PageLines.

    If you are currently using a theme, only your WordPress data will carry over. Theme settings are specific to your old theme and cannot be transfered.

    If you are upgrading from a previous PageLines product most of your settings will remain the same. PageLines 2.0 has implemented changes to the default settings and page-by-page section control, which will need to be changed after upgrading.

    If at any time you need to roll back your site to a previous version of PageLines, all of your previous settings will have remained intact.

  • Will my current theme work with PageLines?

    Currently, the only themes that will work with PageLines are PageLines themes which are built on-top of the PageLines Platform. These PageLines themes require that you are using the PageLines framework, they will not work on their own without the framework.

    You can find PageLines themes available in the PageLines Store.

  • Can I use PageLines on more than one site?

    If you own the PageLines Professional Edition you can use it on multiple sites owned by you or your organization.

    If you own the PageLines Developer Edition you can use it to build an unlimited number of sites for yourself or for others.

  • Can I upgrade to a dev license after purchase?

    Yes, you can upgrade at any time.

    If you have purchased the Professional Edition, you can upgrade to developer using the “add new products” tab in your PageLines Launchpad account.

    You can also contact our support team to help with upgrades and account changes at any time.

  • How do updates work? Do they cost money?

    When you purchase the PageLines platform; all minor-release updates to the platform are free.

    For example, if you have version 2.0, then all 2.X updates (including bug-fix and minor feature updates) will be free.

    Upgrades to the next major release of the Framework (i.e. PageLines 3.0) do include an update cost.

  • What is your refund policy?

    We take your happiness seriously.

    Please carefully review the PageLines platform and ask any questions you might have prior to purchase.
