My suggestion for upcoming video tutorials would be to create a series of Pagelines Theme Overview for each of your Themes (suggesting you start with iBlogPro3 of course since that's the one I use ha ha)

Example:

Pagelines iBlogPro3 Overview
iBlogPro3 Options - Custom Images

Pagelines iBlogPro3 Overview
iBlogPro3 Options - Header and Nav

Pagelines iBlogPro3 Overview
iBlogPro3 Options - Page and Posts

...etc...

Pagelines iBlogPro3 Overview
iBlogPro3 Feature - Setup

...etc...

Make each of these be a few minutes discussion the component/area of Pagelines Theme followed immediately by a couple of minutes showing an example of that component/area being used on a site.

THIS would be an EXCELLENT resource for your newbies and intermediate users as well as mini-refreshers for experienced users who want to refer back only to a specific piece of the Theme for better understanding before applying it.

Without these video tutorials, learning all of the features of your theme is so frustrating because "you don't know what you don't know" and until I can see example, it's all just cool stuff in a theme that I don't know how to use.

A perfect example of a company who has harnessed the power of video tutorials is http://www.techsmith.com/learn/default.asp -- they have a video tutorial for EVERY feature of EVERY product they sell! Absolute power way to get new customers and keep them motivated and excited about your product.

Hope this is helpful and I hope you guys consider this!

The best part about that video is to see who you guys are. I like your themes, no question, and hope to work with you more in the future.

PS - Andrew looks a scary bit like Johnny Depp and Adam a scary bit like Velma (hey, she was the brains of the operation...). Cheers.
