Any way to float the Navbar (from brand.nav) at top once past the 'fold'?

As the title states, I'd love for there to be a way to float a Classic Nav at the top of the page once the original menu is out of view.
I know there was a plugin in the store called "Always on top Menu" -- I bought it. And it doesn't work. No support.
((( IMO that should be removed. I doubt I'll get a refund too.)
