I just installed to build new site @ notpp.us (hosted @ GoDaddy).

3rd party plugins: Ultimate TinyMCE, Raw HTML, Jetpack (all up-to-date)

In setting things up to go to work, I started trying to delete sample Banners, Boxes & Features.

But every time I sent something to the Trash, a copy would appear and be marked as Publihed.

I deleted the PL files (through the wp Dashboard) then re-installed via ftp.

I also tried deactivating the few PlugIns I have.

Nothing works.
