Boxes Section Won't Clone

I have a boxes #1 section and boxes #2 section in the Template | Default in the Content Area and they're both setup as hidden.
When I click on Template | 1 and drag and drop a boxes section into the Content Area, it labels it as Boxes #2. When I try to clone it, it does nothing. I know that the Boxes #2 should probably have been a Boxes #3, right?
