iBlogPro3 3.5.1 - Sidebar Category Heading Links Incorrect

In iBlogPro3 3.5.1 the sidebar categories (widget headings) end up being links. When hovered over, the information message at the bottom of the browser window says, "Go to # on this page." If you click on them, you go to www.YourDomain.com/#
