I am using EcoPro Dev with 'My Page Order' plugin to manage the ordering of the menu. It shows menu completely reverse. Home is last ... ect. When I change Themes ... it works perfectly. I disabled all plugins ... any suggestions. I also tried 'CMS Page Tree View' and it doesn't work either.

Do you just want to reorder the menu? Shouldn't need a plugin for that.. you can just edit each page, and on the right you'll see a "Page Attributes" panel with an "Order" field. Lower numbers get put to the left.

You could also just use a custom Menu (found in the admin section under Appearance - Menus) and order the pages/categories however you like.

I found this post while looking around...I have the exact same problem...I'm not using the plugin, have set each page to the proper order (1-5) AND have assigned a Custom Menu in the same order, but the menu items right under the logo are exactly the opposite....Anything else you can think of would be helpful...
