For some reason the feature buttons 1,2,3,4 on my site aren't working properly. Upon initial loading of the page the features cycle through normally however, when you click the 1,2,3,4 buttons to change the current item getting displayed, it gets locked up. The slide show stops and you can't switch slides. It's doing this on all browsers including Safari, Firefox, Internet Explorer, and Chrome. It seems to only lock up if you click the 1,2,3,4 buttons quickly. If you allow 2-3 seconds between clicking, it doesn't lock up.

I've made several tweaks to the theme as you can see but I don't believe I changed anything that would effect this. Does anyone have any suggestions on where to look to troubleshoot this issue?

might be a plugin JS confict.. have you tried deactivating them? Also, do you have Firebug for FireFox installed?
