I would like to employ contact forms in my White House Pro template that look just like the one in the White House Demo. Can you provide the settings cforms II to accomplish this?

Hey catmandu. All of the pro themes come with a Guide which you can find under the "Appearance" section in Wordpress. The guide gives you a walk through on setting up forms.
