StationPro Welcome Message Issue

Hi I am activating the Welcome Message in the StationPro options and have left it as DEFAULT which only shows the Welcome Message within the news/blog page. I can't see it there. I have refreshed numerous times. :( I even selected to have the Welcome Message to show on all pages and it still didn't work. Any idea how to fix? Thanks!!
