It's a CSS conflict cause by the Jquery UI stylesheet that is associated with one of your plugins. While ugly it is harmless.
Technically speaking plugin code, when done correctly should only affect the pages that the plugin is referring to, but if you want to fix it you would have to disable that stylesheet for the PL options page or contact the plugin author.
