Box Categories Not Working Correctly?

The boxes on my Posts Pages (template) are showing all box sets. I only made 3 boxes for that particular box set (titled Social), but it is showing boxes from other sets (titled statues). Is there a way to figure out if my settings are not correctly saving, or is there a bug? I deleted all the box sets and created new ones to see if that would work and it didn't. Any help would be great. Thanks.

It's hard to say from those screenshots alone. Do you have a live link or find out more info on this?
