Layout Bug on UI?

A couple days ago I started getting a strange button layout on the platform admin within wordpress. This is happening on all browsers and computers. Any ideas? I miss the pretty platform design:) See image.

this has been seen when there is a conflict with a plugin(s). First steps would be to disable plugins to see if any are at the root.
