We currently use the custom field feature for all of our posts. The field is Thumbnail. The images is automatically sized to show as a small thumbnail on the homepage, the main image for the post and shows as a super small image for the related posts.
Now that we are switching to the Eco theme how do we easily get all of our images to show without having to go back through them all to change them from the custom field to the featured image?
Currently use Custom Fields Thumbnail Easy Switch?

Hi Alaina - Where the thumbnail is called in the theme (using the WP function), you would just replace that with your current PHP call to the custom field. Let us know if you need help with that.

I am currently using the Custom Field of "Thumbnail"
In order to get the image to show up I tested it on a post and I needed to change "Thumbnail" to "thumb" and I had to manually put the image at the top left of the content within the post as the image only showed on the archives and the home page.
