I've spent a considerable amount of time trying different options with respect to adding Boxes, Soapboxes or Features to the Post Page (Blog) Template in PageLines Settings. While I have not chosen to implement either in the Post Pages, I have to the find that when trying to "restore" your site to original settings, you may have to go the Page Attributes section of the Post Page (Blog) and select an alternative template from the dropdown, update, and then select your original template (which in most cases is the Default template). I know this may sound odd and glitchy, but I am pretty confident that this is one of those unexplained things you may need to accept. Hopefully my agony, will save you yours. Keep it in mind in case you start to fiddle with the Post Pages template setup, in particular.
