When I create a feature post and click "view post" from the editor I get a "nothing found" page. It is published and set to public. What am I missing here?

The feature posts aren't meant to be viewed as individual posts in WordPress. They are part of the feature slider.
WordPress hasn't provided us a way to send you to the template with the slider on it instead.

Thanks. So, it seems the workaround is to create a link in the text area that sends people to a post/page.
