I have 8 different features set up in my theme and have it set to show 9. For some reason, only 4 Features are showing up on my homepage.
Is there another setting for the Features somewhere that is overriding?

First thing to come to mind would be make sure that the "feature set" you've specified holds all the slides you are trying to show.

When I go to the feature set, it simply lists how many features are in the set. I don't see where it could limit the number of features that could be held by a set.
If you go to do you see only 4 features in the Home Page feature slider?

Yes I only see 4, what I'm saying is that you might have the feature slider set to show "default-feature" set but only 4 of your slides might be a part of that actual set. If you want all slides to show make sure that you edit the home page feature options to not show any particular set so it pulls all of them
