I was wondering if it is possible to have my header banner go full width on the site (lets say 2560px), while the content stays at 1024px?
I tried uploading a larger header image and it gets squished.
Is there anywhere in the CSS to modify this or anywhere else?

If this is for a graphic, you want to use a repeating background images that lines up with the header graphic.
You won't want your page to actually be 2560px wide.
Let's get a link to the site and graphic files if you have them uploaded.
Thanks, Bryan

Thanks for the reply Bryan,
We were really thinking of just extending the header image, almost as a top bar. So while the main content of the image would be the width of the page (1024), we wanted the sides to extend all the way across the top.
I get what you're saying about making a BG image that aligns, but when we scroll, that would stay in place wouldn't it?

background images can scroll or not scroll depending on how you assign the css
