Hi there, I'm having a lot of trouble formatting what I think should be pretty easy-- basic blogging. I'm using PlatformPro. I just want the homepage (posts page) to show a thumbnail picture and part of the blog (not an excerpt, if possible, but where I manually insert the WP "more"). Now, if you click on read more I get the text twice. Ah!! It does this for posts that have an excerpt AND those that don't. Also, to get a thumbnail image to show up on the homepage I have to insert a feature image right? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Yes thumbnails are controlled with featured image, did you check out the Page and Post Options in the PlatformPro Settings? There are options there to disable excerpts on certain pages, etc.

Thanks, Adam. I see how it works now. Disable excerpt, enable full post on post page and that will allow the "more" tag. Phew! Thanks!
