WH Pro - Blog Page Welcome Message Disappears

Hi - I have the "news" page on a client's site configured as a blog page. Upon clicking any of the blog posts, I noticed that the 'Welcome Message" (which is set from within the WH Pro Options) completely disappears from the "Post" view. Shouldn't this "Welcome Message" be static? For instance, the message asks readers to subscribe via RSS - I don't this this should go away. Here is the link: http://www.ialobbyist.com/news/ Is this a bug or was it just designed this way? I am running WHP 1.4.6 Please advise. Thanks! Barbara
