Hi there, I need tooltips on the icons (RSS,Facebook, etc) in the header of the site (I use iBlogPro 4.) Could you tell me how to do this? Thanks

Navigate to:

Appearance > Editor > _iconlinks.php

Here you'll want to add the title attribute to each link. For example, here's the first link:
