When I was trying to recover the password for my bbpress account or does it has to do with the error in my bbpress installation? can't seem to log in and gave a user not exist error for the keymaster account.
tried to register new accounts, but registration doesn't work either

Hmm...I would try the bbPress forum as others are likely to have had similar problems there.
