right now the front page where I used features look like this:

I disabled all the plugins except the ones mentioned in the settings that I should add for the Platform Pro theme.
What's odd is I cant drag disabled sections to the displayed sections. And I cant select the default theme to configure where you drag the content and sidebar size:

Any way to fix this?

Do you have the minimum requirements for the theme to work. e.g. PHP5?

This issue has been resolved. As it turned out my themes were installed in themes/platformpro (2)/platformpro, an obvious installation error. I have corrected the problem and all seems to be working fine now.
I FTP-ed the file using Filezilla but somehow ended up with a version (2) file during the process. Weird.
Puzzling problem with a simple resolution. :-)
