Yes, and it's also possible to change what is shown or not shown.

Please navigate to:

Appearance > Menus

Here you can manually create and control the main header menu and both footer menus.

First you need to name and create a menu, then you can drag and position pages into it and also make your own custom links.

Then top left you'll see 3 dropdowns. Here you can set your menus to what area you want them in.
