I have my posts/blog going to a "News" page, and my homepage is a static page. How can I get the last few posts to display on my static homepage, while the full postsPage is somewhere else. I know there are plugins out there, but I'd like the posts to look exactly like they do on the Posts page.
To summarize, I'd like:
the latest few posts (or even a category called Home) on the static homepage, while the full blog is sitting on the News page.

I've followed this tutorial successfully before. You may need to use one plugin however in order to allow PHP in pages.
