i have a problem regarding perma links structure with pages.

 

if you see this structure on www.seomatrix.de (click a content from left nav bar)

the index.php is also a page we use and we set a lot of links to it, so we need this page and could not be renamed, do you have an idea how we can copy site links structure to the new pagelines based project located in www.seomatrix.eu?

So was your WordPress installed on the directory suchmaschinenoptimierung instead of www.seomatrix.de (in the old site) and you want the permalink structure to look like, for example, www.seomatrix.eu/suchmaschinenoptimierung/index.php?

the old site was not based on wordpress.

there are different dirs - we organise the files in. every dir has an index.php file.

Ah okay, I see what you mean. The index.php won't show up in the WordPress page URLs. For more info on how WordPress handles page URL structure, please see:

thanks. i know how to handle wp permalinks (the link you sent is empty!) but not in this special case.

 

I tested to refer just to folders, but it is not the same as refering to the index file. any ideas left?

 

normaly i use permalinks config: (self defined structure)  /%postname%.php

 

is there the possibility to incl. other variables for ex. /%2nd title% /%postname%.php     or else?

I'm not sure I'm 100% following what you mean here, but if you want to add the other variable, like you mentioned above. You can add it to the category base. So it shows like
