Hi,

 

I have just purchased your PL addon Image Grid. Sorry, but I am at a total loss with this instructions:

 

"Upload an image gallery to your page (You have to upload images - you cannot choose images that are not uploaded to the specific post or page"

 

How does one upload an image gallery to a post or page. I certainly know how to upload media into the post or page but a gallery? I'm confused because I don't know how to upload an image without inserting it into the post content itself.

 

Please explain.

 

Also, I would like to display more than 4x images across (5 or 10 actually) - is this possible?

Thanks very much for taking the time to show me how to insert a gallery.

The only issue I have now is that I wish to show 5 or even 10 images across the page (instead of 4x). Is there anyway with your addon to have more than 4 images displayed horizontally?

I think PL is caching them once per day.

Try refreshing your store!

Have tried that... nothing. Even reset PL credentials, cleared cache and cookies - still no update.

I have logged a ticket with PL to see what's going on.

Try to uninstall it and reinstall it, should pull the updated version.

I want the update to come through the normal channels.

I'm now concerned that other updates might not be coming through.

Have logged a ticket with PL Support.
