when clicking on a subnav-item the correct page opens.

but....

 

now all subnav items are highlighted, not only the one thats active.

 

how do i change it, to where only the active subnav (along with the parent item in the nav) is highlighted.

 

example?

select any of the subnav items under "Alles andere...."

you will see that the entire nav along with any items that are not currently active are highlighted as if they were active.

 

any ideas?

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide support for user created custom code. I recommend using Firebug or your browsers built-in web dev tools and inspect the Navigation element to find the correct code.

Hi Ninja,

i did not use any custom code.

 

all i used was the standard install of pageline and CSS Lite to style the nav.

 

But for some reason the sub-sections are all highlighted, even though only one of them is active at a time (the page i am looking at at any moment)

 

So i hope that - since its not to do with custom coding - you might be able to point me a little more closely to the problem.

 

1) can you see what i am talking about? or is it only on my machine:

What you will need to do is use Firebug or your browsers built-in web dev tools and inspect the Nav Classic sections sub menu element to find the correct code. Once you have found this code you can style them using custom CSS.

The cause of this is that the plugin for the looks of it has a minor issue and is styling all sub menu list items. I have moved your topic to the store products forums, so the author of the plugin can resolve your issue.

Simple CSS uses the default Wordpress behavior, which highlights the entire submenu. I spent hours trying to correct the way Wordpress does it, but could not figure it out. Simple CSS works just like the Wordpress menu so there's not much I can do - sorry!
