Currently the entire width of the header links back to my homepage. How do I change this so that just the logo links back to the homepage?

Hi James

You could remove the link from the branding section using a hook and then in the media library set the image link for the logo to the homepage url.

I've found this post which can help with the hook for the branding logo link -
