Your getting a message from where?
Those version numbers are added by WordPress Core, and are there for a reason
They are there to make the files easier for CDN's and browsers to cache. When the version number changes they fetch a new copy.
There are filters out there to strip all the css/js version numbers but you wouldn't be doing your users any favours in my opinion.

from speed tests, google et. al. but i'll take your word for it. it's the OTHER thing, the scaled images that i just posted about, that's a big problem.
