Centering the menu and equally spreading the menu from left edge to right edge is not necessarily an easy task but not all that difficult.
If you would, please try this in Dashboard > PageLines > Site Options > Custom Code. Adjust padding: 10px 15px; to padding 10px 29px; and it should spread the menu full width. I was able to test this in Firebug (which I highly recommend) and it worked for me. Let me know if this works for you.

I just found a solution that worked for the 'mess that was' at www.alicehyde.ca...a reset of IE.
...found the solution on the IE site. Took about 5 minutes, and just needed a restart of IE.
Suggest trying this, in IE: tools/advanced/reset. ...then restart IE.
