I have these 2 plugins network activated:

Yet they show up in the PageLines Store area as not activated:

Using this plugin (

), I disallowed the Snowfall plugin (

) and it still shows up in the PageLines store area.

 

Please add compatibility with that plugin, or at least consider it, since I haven't investigated the code, but it works outside of the PageLines Store.

1. None of the PageLines plugins are network aware, you shout *not* be network activating them.
2. The Store backend uses completely different code than the wordpress plugins page, so that plugin will probably have no effect.

Good to know. Thank you for clarifying.

 

So how can I enable some PageLines plugins and sections on certain subsites but not allow them to be activated/visible on other subsites (which is what that wordpress.org plugin does for regular WP plugins)?

Hi Cliff,

 

Simon wouldn't have seen your response as the thread was marked solved, so it would show up as answered in the moderator list.

 

From what I've read above you'll need to go to each site and activate/de-active the plugins you require through the Pagelines store tab. I don't think you'll be able to make certain items in the store not show, is this to prevent clients from using them? If so you could restrict the entire Pagelines tab by assigning the user to a role less than admin etc.

 

I've unanswered this thread so we'll be able to see if you respond. :-)

Guess it's just a feature request then... to be able to have Multisite controls over which PageLines store products / installed products are available to sub-sites. Thanks.
