1. I've set the number in the settings to 4 however, only the three fields show up.
2. also trying to center the #header so when responsive stays center over boxes.
Please advise.
*** figured it out... need the cache to clear, and set a fixed width responsive and it now centers.

Currently having this same issue, do not have a cache plugin and have already tested deactivating plugins, no solutions yet. Idk if someone would be able assist me on this? pick-a-pose.com

The original poster fixed his issue by "need the cache to clear, and set a fixed width responsive and it now centers."
