Trying to add some html output through sidebar and contentbox is not outputting properly.  

 

The html I'm using is found on:  vitafamilyfitness.com/to_do.html

 

The page(s) that I'm trying to display the content on are 1) sidebar in vitafamilyfitness.com, and 2) contentbox of

As you can see, the pure HTML works just fine, but the HTML as displayed via pagelines is tweaked.
