Simon,

 

Thank you for taking a look at my site. You mentioned that I should either give you the FTP account OR try to fix it myself. I am worried about messing something up. Is it ok if I give you the FTP account? I sent you the details. 

 

A little worried about messing things up. But if this is too much trouble, no worries, I will try to figure it out. When you say that I need to reload wp-admin and wp-includes, can I do that by merely going to the dashboard and choosing to reinstall wordpress?

Clicking reset to default layout button fixed it. I had to deactivate plugins etc, so some things may need re-adjusting.
