Hi,

 

i am trying to upgrade the accordion plugin through the pagelines admin panel in wordpress but i get the "upgrade to version 1.1" overlay forever and nothing happens...

 

Can you advise please?

It's hard to know why the update is not coming through.  Let's try going to Pagelines Admin Panel --> Store --> Sections and scroll down to where it says Refresh Store and click on link.  After the refresh, click on Your Added Sections, go to Accordions and try the update there.

i see the upgrade button but when i click on it gets stuck (see attachement)

 

Do you have any idea? There is any way i can install manually?

You can upload the section manually through ftp.  Download it from the Pagelines site and unzip it.  Go to /wp-content/plugins/pagelines-sections/

 in your ftp client and delete the accordions folder and then upload the new folder.

that is the first thing i have tried to do but last nite couldn't find a download link on the pagelines website to download the plugin.
