Please help.  I am getting this message on the MoreFoot Section of my site:

Fatal error: Cannot use string offset as an array in /home/f3m1lst/public_html/wp-content/themes/platformpro/sections/section.twitterbar.php on line 80

 

The Twitter Bar was working just fine.  I have replaced the section.twitterbar.php file with a new copy of it, and I am still getting that error on the site:  http://www.feminine1st.com

HOW DO I FIX IT?

PlatformPro will not be updated. Is there a reason you are using Platform Pro for this site when you have a PageLines Framework License?

Hi Claire,

 

Do you have a caching plugin like WP Cache? If so, clear the cache using settings.

 

Usually when people make changes which don't show it's because the cache has a snapshot of the site prior to the change and keeps that in view even though the change was implemented.

I don't even know if Twitterbar worked with PlatformPro.

It worked before.  I will look into the clearing the cache suggestion.  Thank you for your help!

1. I am not sure where to download the PageLines Framework from...

2. Will I lose my content if I switch/upgrade from Platform Pro to Framework?

You will not lose your content.  You may need to adjust CSS and some settings. Sidebars may become disorganized, but they should not be lost.
