Hi,

 

so i am customizing the base theme and now my theme shows up in the featured and plus section of the store "themes" sections, along with the other themes for purchase.... does that means my theme is accessible by everyone (i guess no but just double checking). 

Also, what is the procedure to submit a theme available for purchase in the store?

No it means you can control it there, enable disable etc. The Framework recognised it as a child theme.

 

I believe this is the link to apply to be a dev.
