Hi there, you can insert the social icons using the pagelines shortcodes found at http://demo.pagelines.me/tools/ into a full width sidebar inside a text widget or contentbox. You'd can align the content using css to get it to center on the bottom of the page.

You can activate the Full Width Sidebar section in PageLines > Drag & Drop > Footer template and then in Appearance > Widgets add a text widget to Full Width Sidebar and add your text inside <center></center> tags.
