As far as I know, you can't. So the best thing would be to use a hook and get the bubble layout code from Google. Then add it to your hook.

How so I add Facebook, twitter and Google+ followers as on the front page of pagelines.com? I want to add i here: nordicappeal.com instead of the standard share button?
