new section install into pageline store

every time I try to install the section in the store, it is given my this massage   'Extension problem found The file did not appear to be a PageLines section.' any suggestions  

is it posible to install it from ftp

Yes it is, what section are you having problems with?

 

You can download the zip from your members area and upload to the relevant folder:

 

Themes: wp-content/themes/

Plugins: wp-content/plugins/

Sections: wp-content/plugins/pagelines-sections/
