I will bring this to the attention of our developers. However, I strongly recommend that changes to memory be executed only by your hosting company.

Not at the current time, no one will actually work on the site for you, they'll take a look to see if there's anything they can see to suggest a fix. But ideally you'll need to speak to your hosting company as suggested to get the correct information set so the site has the correct memory limit. At the moment the site doesn't have enough memory to finish processing, the host will address this for and correct.
The site is currently live, you should be able to access it as normal.
