My fixed navigation bar no longer fits at the top of the screen on pages. Other than the home page, my bar does not rest snug at the top. Could someone please advise on how I may correct this issue? Thanks!

Those two are not normally part of the Body tag, and the blank space you're seeing other than the homepage is picking up the line height. I use only
padding-top : 0; in the body tag, ensuring everything is padded to the top.
