.  I have a menu in the right column titled "Pages".  I am using the advanced menu widget but also tried the custom menu widget native to Wordpress as well.  What I am trying to do is increase the font size of the menu items.  I used Firebug to inspect this to see how I can make the change but I can not see how to do this as I only wish this change to be applied to the menu and not other "list" type widgets I create.

 

Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you - chules

Since this menu appears on this particular page, why not preface the applicable CSS element with .page-id-XX (where XX is the actual page ID number found when editing the page)?  Something like:
